From a cosy living room to a spacious open-plan family space, your split system should be the right size for the job.

One of the biggest factors to look out for is kW (Kilowatts), as this is often the best way to tell if that unit is a good fit for your space. As an example: a 2.5kw split system is better suited for bedrooms and home offices, while a 5.0kw split system has a more powerful airflow, great for heating large family rooms.

Which system is the right one for you? Here’s the breakdown to help you find what works best for your home.

Which system is the right one for you?

2.5kW Reverse Cycle Split System

Perfect for smaller bedrooms or similar-sized rooms (13-17m2*), 2.5kW is a great option if you’re looking for an eco-friendly split system in a compact size, achieving up to 9-star Energy Efficiency in cooling mode.

Designed for compact spaces and efficient running, the 2.5kW split system comes with all the T Series’ great features, including WiFi, voice control, compatibility with Google Home & Amazon Alexa, and energy-efficient operation.

3.5kW Reverse Cycle Split System

The 3.5kW packs a bit more of a punch than the 2.5kW version, making this a versatile option for large bedrooms or home offices (18-24m2*).

5.0kW Reverse Cycle Split System

Moving up in size, the 5.0kW is the perfect balanced split system, working well in larger spaces such as lounges and family living rooms (25-34m2*) while staying energy efficient and eco-friendly.

7.0kW Reverse Cycle Split System

At 7.0kW, your split system is ready to effectively heat larger spaces. With its powerful airflow of up to 15 metres, the 7.0kW system is at its best in large, open-plan living areas (35-47m2*).

8.0kW Reverse Cycle Split System

Looking for something with more ‘oomph’? The 8.0kW reverse cycle split system is a powerful comfort companion, featuring long-distance airflow that’s a great option for very large, open-plan living areas (40-54m2*).
